CEWiT has a team of researchers who are highly specialized in wireless technologies. Almost all the researchers have completed Masters or PhD from premier institutes in India and abroad. Several of the team members have worked in industry before joining CEWiT.

The activities of CEWiT are steered by the following members:

Prof.Bhaskar Ramamurthi

Prof.Bhaskar Ramamurthi is the Honorary Director of CEWiT and provides overall guidance to CEWiT. Prof.Ramamurthi is currently the Director of IIT Madras.

Dr.P.R.Goundan

Dr.Goundan is the Joint Director of CEWiT and steers CEWiT in meetings its objectives. Dr.Goundan worked with the Indian Railways for 35 years holding key strategic positions in the Signal & Telecom department. He completed PhD from IIT Madras.

Mr. Babu Narayanan K J

Babu Narayanan, Chief Technologist at CEWiT, takes care of the overall aspects of the organization and its external interactions. Babu joined CEWiT after working in the ICT industry for about 19 years.

Dr. Klutto Milleth

Dr.Klutto, Chief Technologist at CEWiT, leads the technical activities in CEWiT, leading all Physical and higher layer related research and project activities. Klutto joined CEWiT after completing PhD from IIT Madras.
